| Description | Loan Officer Assistant/Mortgage (Deerfield) Looking for an individual with the drive to succeed. This individual will be the right hand to a senior loan officer in the residential mortgage business. Prepare borrowers for loan application by interviewing them over the phone, collecting and evaluating alt doc, running DU and LP and originate on the Encompass software. Assist in delivery and communication with processing center and leading the communication through closing. Assist the loan officer with realtor needs including: commitment and offer letters, marketing materials, open house financials, realtor opens, etc. Goal oriented. Involved in business development activities, enjoys problem solving, strong organizational skills and pipeline management, prepare and conduct presentations, train new agents and a desire to work in professional office environment. Self-starter with a flare for detail. Experience in the use of Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Publisher, Excel. 3-5 years mortgage banking experience needed, processing or U/W experience preferred.
