I started the company in June 2004 and now it's at the point where the amount of activity is proving that StartingPoint needs to grow and is ready to become the premier real estate agency in the Chicagoland area for helping first time home buyers. The office is based in Palatine, but agents do not need to work the northwest suburbs to be a part of the team. I also offer the same approach to you. You will receive extensive, hands on training as well as an ongoing mentorship. I'm offering a competitive commission split with a residual bonus. I prefer newer agents or people that are studying for the Illinois real estate sales person license exam.
